CARDIO COACHING 101 - WHAT I CAN DO FOR YOU!!!

Calculate Resting Heart Rate. This number is important in determining the heart rate training zone to start with.  Training zones based on the standard of 220 minus your age is just not accurate!  There are a few other important factors involved in determining your own personal training zones.

Instruction on various forms of cardio equipment.  Trust me, a treadmill is NOT just a treadmill.....and walking is not just walking.  I've got the tips on how to use equipment beyond what meets the eye.

Game plan!!  You can't live on level 1 on the Life Cycle or run the same route.  A cyclical plan including developing an aerobic base, interval training, and recovery periods are critical to heart health/safety.
