Each program begins with a 75 min. consultation at your home, office, or gym.
•Health questionnaire and fitness history
•Stats (height, weight, body composition, resting heart rate)
•Nutritional suggestions based upon food diary
•Holistic Health overview
•Movement assessments for proper starting program design
•Cardiorespiratory programming and planning
•Sign a waiver and informed consent
•Get a medical clearance if deemed necessary

FEES
Based upon program type and location. (Average cost is $65 per hour)
